Hello, for a few days we have had the following error message with some orders. We have changed absolutely nothing in the shop.

Should equal sum of (unit_amount * quantity) across all items for a given purchase_unit

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

I suggest to please contact your website developer or the support of your third party platform eCommerce to cross check your website internal API request calls and make sure to pass the valid request to PayPal system. 

item_total object : The subtotal for all items. Required if the request includes purchase_units[].items[].unit_amount. Must equal the sum of (items[].unit_amount * items[].quantity) for all items. item_total.value can not be a negative number.
