IPN notifications staying as "queued" for 2 days now

Hi. Lately there's been a handful of IPN notifications that seem to get stuck into "queued" status. They are not failing or anything and thus I can't resend them. Oldest one is 2 days now, another one yesterday, and one today.

Hi, I am exactly in the same situation. I have 22 IPN stuck in the queue, some of them dating back to the 19th of April. I opened a ticket, but still waiting for a reply.
It's annoying, my customers have paid for a service that can't be activated on my server. Could someone at PayPal please deal with this problem. It is urgent. At least, let us the possibility to flush this queue manually or resend the queued IPN.
