IPN encoding error

I think there is an encoding issue in the subscription payment IPN.

e.g. "Jarosław" will be transfered as "Jaros\u001aaw"

but "\u001a" is SUBSTITUTE but I expect "ł" (LATIN SMALL LETTER L WITH STROKE) for this...

I'm the only one with this issue?

The error comes from PayPal

The POST data have invalid encoded content:

&address_city=B%1Aez%1Avky

but the PayPal page shows correct: Březůvky
