Based on users reports, I noticed that no IPN messages were coming back to my site, so no payment was confirmed (so no accounts were confirmed, disputes, etc). After checking server side with not luck, I checked the paypal settings for the IPN. The IPN was DISABLED and the link was previousoldsite.com (an old project) instead of newsite.com. I used this settings for years and it seems that on 06/10/18 stopped sending my IPN 's messages to newsite.com. How was this possible for those settings to revert by itself to a very old record? I did not touched those settings for years, also I'm the only one with access to my paypal account.
Anybody else got this issue?
I solved this, but seems incredible to happen such a thing.
PS: also opened a support ticket, to get an official reply.
