I want a refund.

Please tell me what to do to get a refund. I have tried to call PayPal, to no avail. The person I purchased the item from has given a bogus email. The tracking number is showing delivered April 11th when I made this purchase on May 17th. This is so frustrating to know people would swindle you out of money in a time like this. Can not trust this any more. It seems as though PayPal should have a better way of actually tracking fraudulent activities. Silentmovements
