I confirmed my email, can not create REST API app

I received the email confirmation message. I clicked in the "Confirm my Email" button, got redirected to paypal and put email and password. I then can enter https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home and see my account information.

Now, I go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/ and the "Create App" button is greyed out, under "REST API apps" section, and this message is shown: "Confirm your email address to create an application. Check your email for a confirmation or *go to paypal.com to confirm.*"

I have done the confirmation steps many times (at least 4 times), and when I reload https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/, "Create App" button is still greyed out and the same message is shown directing to confirme the email address.

I am having this issue as well.  Were you able to resolve it or just had to wait for your email confirmation to carry over to the developer site?

Hi, in these cases is better to open a request to MTS Technical Support (once loaded the link click on "contact support"). Provide the email of your developer account and it can be investigated.

Hi, did you check that your live account has a confirmed email and a verified account? The email must be confirmed and also your account must be verified, that's a different thing than the email confirmation. If both are verified/confirmed then you can contact MTS Technical Assistance.

I had this problem too. after comfirmation and after a few hours it is active right now!

Had the same issue. Logging out and logging in again worked for me!
