So you are just going to give us an error message and no actual information?
What about....
transaction type.
account type.
new account or new problem.
countries involved.
currencies involved.
funding source.
back up funding sources linked.
confirmation of funding sources.
verifications especially of email address
limitations if any.
etc etc etc.
Advice is voluntary.
