I'm building a product that requires the ability to bill customers ongoing but not necessarily at a predetermined date cycle or value. With Stripe, we can set up 'off session' payments which allow us to then bill any value at any time depending on the user's usage.
I'm looking to do a similar thing with PayPal.
I notice companies like Uber set up a subscription but that subscription is only billed when an order is placed. I'm having trouble finding exactly how to manage this with PayPal. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this?
