On my website, we clients can purchase credit to make international calls.
I am using PayPal standard business account to accept manual payments from my clients. To purchase credit on my site, they have to log in into their account in my website and go though 3 - 4 steps to pay.
They want to have their PayPal account charged automatically when their credit drop under $2. They will give us consent to charge them.
I want to be able to automatically charge them when their balance drops below 2$. I want to capture the last payment details and setup recurring payments to charge their PayPal account on demand.
some of the clients may have PayPal accounts and some who do not have PayPal accounts but paid either by credit / debit card ?
How can i do this with PHP.
