How impact the payments API v2 to existing v1?

Hi all,

Just saw the banner on payments API v1 page written :

"You are viewing a deprecated version of this API. We recommend upgrading to Version 2."

Can you confirm there's no plan to shutdown the payments API v1? We're so worried it will be big problem for our shop platform which is integrating to. We have been implementing https://www.paypalobjects.com/api/checkout.js on the client and requesting both list payments and payment detail on the backend. It really helps and simplifies our business process and CRM

Hi Mahdiridho, when a product is deprecated then new integrations with that specific product / API are not recommended / possible, while already running integrations will be supported.

Will there be an equvalent checkout.js for v2 ?

Hi,

I migrate my shop to the new paypal checkout SDK integration succesfully and I can see the recorded order on activity list. New checkout SDK supports to paypal orders API v2.

But it's now be problem for my dashboard admin due to my client API module is working on v1. The module is running https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/transaction-search/v1/ so it can't populate the new recorded order.

How to populate the list orders now with API v2?
