Please assist me on how to change my Visa card and names so that it can connect with my mpesa,i have tried so much to contact customer care it's not responding PayPal and I want to use the money in my account, second PayPal I made a payment to pay invoice and it's cancelled,and when am trying to send money back to the owner its refusing again what can I do to solve this problem
