Help required please!

Hello all, our web developer has asked for our REST API and I'm really not sure how to get it!
Can anyone help me, please?!

I've sent the following on the message board if it's of any help.

Hello, as far as I am aware, we already have a business account under the name of Learned.Live Ltd. We don't have a settings cog.
It doesn't say anywhere to upgrade to a business account and in Account Settings one of the options is Business Profile.
On my personal account I do have a cog, and this does ask me to set up a Business Account.
This is not the account I am referring to. Here I am discussing the Learned.Live business account.
Neither here, nor from the Home Page can I find a Tools section.
I do have, on the Home Page, under Quick Links, a Mass Payments button. Clicking on this, takes me to the Help Centre.
I click on Payments, Sending Payments, How to send a payment. I click send money, make a mass payment and end up with “To get Mass Payments set up on your account, contact your account manager if you have one or call us on 0800 358 7929 for more assistance.”
This number is closed and refers me here, where I was on Friday with my initial query. I then tried phoning the number you gave above. The message system at your end cuts out on each sentence without giving the customer the information required to make any choice.  
Please can you advise on how I get the ‘REST API’ which my developer requires to send payments from our business account?

Hi there. You need to register an account at https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fdeveloper.paypal.com%2Fdeveloper%2Fapplication... . Then look for the API section in the menu and create your new Rest API. Hope this helps you!
