I'm having trouble to go through the process of integrating PayPal Plus, downloaded the handbook, can't find the dashboard at developer.paypal.com, can't find „Create App“, can't create "Sandbox accounts", please advise, thank you, Siegl
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
