Got Http response code 403

I have setup a website that will pay 5% commission to the admin and 95% to the vendor

I have setup my paypal client app and it doesnt seem to be working I get error

Got Http response code 403 when accessing https://api.paypal.com/v1/payments/payouts?sync_mode=false.

Please can someone help

Hi EddieFung, you can check all the REST http codes at this link.

We can see that http 403 is "NOT_AUTHORIZED. Authorization failed due to insufficient permissions."

Consider that in order to use the payout API you need to have it enabled on your account, if Live from a PayPal team, if Sandbox (testing) we can enable as it is a test environment (we just need a PM with the Sandbox email).
