Getting INSTRUMENT_DECLINED on live, with previously used (and working) CC

HI Guys,

 

Since the last week or so, have been getting the above error, more details below :

This is using PP API in Live environment.

Hello,

Checking our logs it shows a card decline from the processor. The card owner should reach out to the financial institution / card issuer for the decline reason.

Nope, wasn't that. I called my bank and my card isn't blocked. I keep searching that issue...
