I would like get the customer details (email, verification status, residence and name) before actually activating the billing agreement (for a monthly subscription).
From what i'm seeing in the billing agreement flow, i first need to execute it (create it) and only after that i get access to the customer's details.
Is there any option to check it before the execution? I require it for an antifraud system as i don't want to charge the customer (or create the agreement) unless i can automatically verify his details.
