I'm creating a payment gateway for a podcast that charges a flexible subscription (pay what you want, charged monthly) and I'm trying to determine which PayPal product best fits this use case. This website hosts its own podcasts, and members get ad-free content. For Subscriptions, I'm not sure if I have the ability to do flexible subscription amounts or if I'd have to set up a 'tier' for each potential subscription amount. Payment buttons, I'm not clear on whether these payment plans can be managed via my website's admin & user panels or if Paypal Subscriptions must be managed via the PayPal user portal. The Payments API seems the most capable but I'm not clear if I can use this in conjunction with Paypal Subscriptions. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
