Express-checkout server-side REST / add shipping details to customer emails

We have a working express-checkout server-side REST integration in our webshop.

After a successful purchase the customer receives the paypal confirmation email with his delivery address and there is also shipping details section.

In the shipping details section we have now the standard message "no details available".

How can we add there the customers selected shipping date? We have a shipping date selection!
