Does the PayPal ExpressCheckout API now support fractional amounts.
This is important when products are ordered that can be bought in custom amounts/lengths (e.g. 0.5m of cloth).
When the PayPal API doesn't support it, what can be done as workaround?
Make the fractional amount a whole amount and compensate the price for that amount? (e.g. 0.5 for 0.5m to 1 for 1m, with the price halved?) -
or just leave these order items out completely?
