Let's start with this questions - Why is nothing works here in sandbox mode ?
Webhook simulator without MAIN thing - to include custom data,(e.g. customer id ) why is that ? How you think to test API if you can't send that one field what we all need ?
Ok, we don't need that little piece of data because of saved Webhooks event under Event Logs, you can resend it, right ? But that is only in theory, I don't have any saved Webhook event under the Event Logs. OK I have one, from few months ago.
So please help me with advice, how to test and integrate PayPal if I don't have those two basic elements -
1. Custom data inside of webhook simulator and
2. Saved Webhook events
