I need to enable Payouts API. I've been dealing with this for over two weeks. I've clicked on "enable" multiple times. The first time I was able to upload the EIN document. Afterwards, I couldn't. I've reached out multiple times to customer support through the chat. One customer support rep was able to get me over to Payouts at Paypal team and they were able to confirm that Payouts was approved on my account. RE: [Removed]. I clicked on Enable and didn't work. Please advise.
