Donate button that uses form tags

My website prohibits the use of script tags for security purposes.  I may be able to use code that uses a form tag.  Where would I get the code for a donate Button without script tags?

You can generate a donate button that just has form (not script) tags at this url: https://www.paypal.com/donate/buttons/
