Donate button option missing from the button option drop down menu entirely?

Trying to create an encrypted donate button, present one claims that "The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details."

The screen shot of options when creating buttons available at http://www.authenticvegan.or/paypal-troubleshoot. (Failed to find attachment option in message reply.) The same problem remains when seeking to edit buttons already created.

In fact my paypal account is also mission the "Buy Gift Certificate Button". Using a plugin for the donation button right now.
