Documentation of schema for REST APIs?

Is there PayPal documentation of the (JSON) schemas for all the PayPal REST APIs? The API developer documentation is incomplete (and incorrect in many cases) regarding valid syntax for the JSON-formatted parameters to API calls. For example, I am trying to use "template_id" (per examples) when generating an invoice draft, but I always get a 400 BAD REQUEST error if I do. (When I leave it out of the JSON, I can generate a draft, but of course it's not using the invoice template that I want.) Aside from knowing valid syntax for individual parameters, it would be nice to know overall the valid syntax for the entire body of every call to every API.
