My company processes many thousands of ebay orders each month. When a seller refunds an order on eBay, eBay automates the refund via Paypal. A feature of my platform is tracking refunds. My question is "How can I pass a paypal transaction id to the API and discover if it has been refunded?" Keep in mind eBay created the initial payment, and they also created the refund. The only id I have is the 'sellers' email used on paypal, and the Paypal transaction id. I am hoping that with those two values I can query the payment and discover if it was refunded (time, date, amount, etc).
