Customers unable to make a purchase (Both registered and unregistered)

I'm from India and I have a business account. Guys, I'm losing customers and brand value for the sole reason that PayPal payment gateway is not accepting my customer's payments. That's the error the customers receive when they try making the payments. Could somebody please explain why is this happening to me?

I think in your country you can only accept export related payments.
