1) Is there a way to create multiple subscriptions with a single checkout? I understand that I can create each subscriptions by redirecting the user to the Paypal approval link one by one, but I would like to redirect the user only once and have him/her approve the subscription only once. I wouldn't mind paying for a premium service in order to have this functionality.
2) On the other hand, I have found that I could use Payflow and create my own recurring billing with a single consent from the user (as it is my responsability to obtain the user's consent for each subscription). Could this work?
3) I have also found from third party services that this exact functionality was deprecated by Paypal, but I cannot find any reference in the oficial Paypal docs. Is this functionality deprecated?
