I am trying to set up an automatic top-up payment system with PayPal. When the customer's account balance becomes <$10 our system will charge the customer's PayPal and top up the balance to the customer's account balance.
This is the basic process:
1) Customers sign up for an agreement through PayPal with me.
2) Our system charges at irregular payment frequency when customer balance hits <$10.
The problem is I can't seem to find any APIs that allow me to get that done. The closest I can find is the subscription API which charges payments at regular intervals ( Monthly, Yearly / etc.) Do I have to sign up for some kind of plan or something?
