Card Payment Issue in Live

Hello,

       I am getting this error in in Live,  {"name":"UNAUTHORIZED_PAYMENT","message":"Unauthorized payment.","information_link":"https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/#errors","debug_id":"8912b529cdc5e"} . I am from India, using VISA card.
