Can't access Developer Dashboard

Hey, I'm not able to access developer dashboard (I want to create new app).
https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/
Site is accessible when I'm not logged, but once I log in, there's 500 error An internal server error has occurred
Then, after refresh, there's just long loading and after 30 seconds, timeout:
Sorry.
We were not able to process your request. Please try again later.
Using firefox, cache cleared, tried on chrome, same error.
Any clue? Thanks
