Can i use PayPal Payments Standard to receive automatic payment from customers

Hi, 

I offer a cheap international calls service, customer register on my site and then purchase Credits using pre-configured amounts (10, 20 , 30 Euro for example). they can use PayPal to pay. They also have the option to give us consent to automatically top-up their credit balance when their credit Balance (in my site) drop below a fixed amount, say 2 Euro.

Paying on the site is working fine (currently on Sandbox using REST API).

How can i do that? I use PayPal Payments Standard account.
