I know I can do this with Braintree, but my business isn't large enough to use Braintree yet. My application charges per record count (ie: number of customers) How can I setup a payment plan for this type of scenario? This would be similar to a utility bill that is setup for auto-payment. My options seem to all be a pre-selected amount by the customer. I have to use PayPal Pro's REST API's to set this up on my site. I appreciate any directional help. Thank you
