We are hosting an app where we create and capture payments on behalf of third parties. We are using the NV/SOAP-API and get the permissions of the third party account via OAuth.
Creating payments ("SetExpressCheckout") and capturing ("DoExpressCheckoutPayment") are working fine. But "GetBasicPersonalData" now always return "API credentials incorrect". We haven't changed anything and are requesting the scope "ACCESS_BASIC_PERSONAL_DATA". It still works on sandbox but not on live. What happened?
