Buttons in Sandbox and Live

Once I switch to Live from Sandbox do I need to recreate the Add to Cart buttons or the same buttons work in both environments?

Anyone? This is the only thing holding up form opening our online store. Do I need to recreate all buttons in Live mode or once I switch over from sandbox to live the same buttons will start processing live transactions? Thank you!
