Automatic Transfer Disables Payment

Hi all,


Just started using PayPal Business and we utilize a Rest API app for our website (Cityworks 15.6 Public Access). We enabled Automatic Transfers after we processed a few test transactions successfully. However, when it's enabled, we cannot process payments. No error message or anything. The user is just re-directed back to our website and there is no record or transaction. I tested it for hours! When Automatic Transfers is enabled, the transaction fails. When automatic transfers is disabled, transactions work.


Any ideas on why this is the case?
