Hello, I tried to add webhooks for under the menu Dashboard > My Apps & Credentials (https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/) but got 403 forbidden response ( I checked the developer console to see this code).

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
