I have implemented the PayPal api to facilitate orders between users on my site. For example, User A uploads digital items, User B purchases those items and my api sends payment to User B through PayPal API.
When I try to update the tracking information for the completed transaction. I get the following error:
"You are not authorized to add or modify tracking number for this transaction".
Does anyone know why this is happening or what the criteria is for who is authorized to Add Tracking? Thanks.
