Good day @Seyekush,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

The NVP/SOAP APIs support:

  • API certificates :  Contain the API user name and password and the certificate. PayPal recommends that you use certificate credentials for security reasons. See API certificates.

  • API signatures  :  Contain the API user name and password and the signature. See API signatures.

I request to please refer the below detailed steps to access/generate API credentials via your PayPal business account.

Login to your PayPal account >> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials

(Or)

Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess" >> follow above steps.

Guide link for NVP/SOAP API Credentials https://developer.paypal.com/api/nvp-soap/apiCredentials/.

Sincerely,
