500 Internal server error for application page in developer account

We are seeing 500 Internal server error for application page in developer account,  as shown in below screenshot.

This issue should now be resolved.

I've tested myself today and I can view the details for existing REST applications and create new "merchant" type REST applications.

Please note, we are still working on an issue with "platform" app creation failing and we hope to have that resolved as soon as possible.
