Am I the only one getting an erreur message when trying to reply to seller?

if you are talking about responding to a dispute: try to change your internet browser: Chrome, firefox, Edge.
also try to delete the internet cache and Paypal cookies.
and this on a computer.
also make sure you have not deactivated cookies.
