We Are a business that s based in morocco.

now we are opening a new branch in the UK.

we wanted to know if we will be eligible to take PayPal capital working with our old PayPal or we should create another PayPal account?

PayPal accounts are country specific and PayPal's Working Capital is likely not be available for Morocco, so yes, you will need to open a UK PayPal business account for a UK business to be eligible for PPWC.

You're welcome. And mind that the account info for the UK PayPal account has to be UK based (UK billing/primary address, UK phone number, etc).
