ive been trying to buy just a $10 spotify card off the paypal digital gift card site. every time im hit with the messages "sorry we were unable to complete this transaction please head back to the merchant and select a differnt payment method when first im not even asked my payment method and i dont understand why this is happening because i have the balance in my paypal and i have a linked account to paypal.
