Paypal does not list phone number. Paypal does not answer phones.
For me, paypal does not let me add either of my credit cards to my account. And it does not allow me to use credit car for purchase on ebay. Paypal seems like a useless middle man service to me, and under these economic times, businesses that dont function properly, dont communicate with customers, and are a useless middle man services tend to go out of business unless bailed out by the government.
