Pay-Pal Developer Link follow this link, now try do the same thing on PayPal, everything on the PayPal guides is no existent on the site? Why is it I can't find any of these features anywhere, the menus lead me in a circle and it's hugely frustrating. I just want to set my shipping for international and local. Right now I can either over charge my country or loose money on every international sale made. Either isn't acceptable. But Paypal evidently from the link offers a simple solution for this.
Please can someone provide the link to this page to set up the shipping?
