replace paypal debt card

I need to replace my card but I cant find the option..the directions

1. Click PayPal Cash Card on your Summary page.
2. Click Manage my card.
3. Click Report card lost stolen or damaged and follow the instructions provided.

Paypal cash card doesn't appear in summary.

I need to get this card replaced today so any advice would be welcomed.
