hi! i bought an animal crossing switch recently for $560. the seller messed up the shipping the first time, so they refunded me and i paid again for the correct shipping. i received the product, and everything was great, but my refund had been pending for a while. its recently gotten cancelled for no reason. i contacted the seller and they told me the refund had gone through on their end and the money had been taken out of their account and paypal had labeled their refund as complete. i really really need my money back at a time like this. could anyone lmk whats up?
