Hey Paypal Community. I recently used an Invoice to sell a digital item to an individual, and while the transaction went smoothly. The customer got their item and I received payment, in my Activity section for the transaction, it is tagged as "Needs attention" along with "Shipping labels to print:1" and "Tracking numbers to add:1" Will these tags eventually go away? Will action be taken against my account if I ignore them? (Paypal thinking I'm skipping on shipping purchased item when no shipping was needed). Or how do I clear these messages?
To get rid of the "Needs Attention" nonsense, go to the "Add Tracking Number" or "Edit Tracking Number" link. When you get there, click on the box that says, "No Tracking Necessary" (or words to that effect). Once you click that box, the "Needs Attention" will disappear. Thank yuh. Thank yuh vurry mush...
