Hi there, i am new user pay-pal account, I booked tickets on book my show (transaction ID: 3LB89632EE431181N) done payment of ₹707.34 INR to Big Tree Entertainment Private Limited, All the conditions for eligibility was satisfied but i received mail from paypal that Your purchase doesn't qualify for a cashback voucher.so can you please mail me further procedure for getting the cashback as i am not able to do anything about it.Thank you waiting for your kind reply.
