I printed a label and said it going to be in medium flat rate box. It turned out that the mdse would only fit on a large flat rate box. I voided the label that was marked 'medium flat rate box'. Now I do not how to print a new label for this customer. When I click on her name, there is option to print label.
You will need to copy and paste the customer shipping address from the payment details (so have that available in another browser tab window) to the shipment postage form to make another label.
