I got an email that says I had a $5 credit from paypal for my next available purchase. To select paypal and it would be applied automatically. I bought something from ebay and selected paypal. It was deducted from my account balance, no credit applied. I tried sending a question, but just got an automated response and I can't get a follow up email to send. What can I do about this?
